NYC systems analyst takes Queens 3BD

Medium 3fb34443ee8f5246fe6ba0ea7d4b0c37 Dimitri Pavlovic bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 33-71 10th St. in Queens from Pasqua and Vitantonio Fanelli for $415,000 on Sept. 18.

The 1,716-square-foot house was built in 1930 in the Queensbridge/Ravenswood/Long Island City North neighborhood.

Pavlovic currently works for the City of New York as clinical information systems analyst. Previous to that, he was with the Prison Health Services as network administrator and later served as IT director.

He attended Hofstra University.

According to, there have been 13,130 sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $535,000.
