Christopher and Lisa Miceli bought a two-story home at 235 Beach 147th St. in Queens from Jennifer and Brian Kelly for $1.135 million on Sept. 23.

The 2,404-square-foot house was built in 1920 in the Breezy Point/Belle Harbor/Rockaway Park/Broad Channel neighborhood.

Mr. Miceli is senior account executive at Mid-Island Mortgage Corp. in New York. He has more than one decade of experience in mortgage banking and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

He earned his associate degree in business from Kingsborough Community College.

There were 7,542 home sales in Queens in 2008, with a median sales price of $430,000.
