Marketing strategist sells 4BD in Pomonok

Medium 58191706bad615acb96d0970f7928bd9 Keith Harmeyer and Vivian Cok Harmeyer sold a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 75-11 176th St. in Queens to Nelya Abramova and Ifraim Pinkhasov for $780,000 on Oct. 7.

The Harmeyers bought the property for $190,000 in April 2006. The 1,936-square-foot house was built in 1940 in the neighborhood of Pomonok/Flushing Heights/Hillcrest.

Mr. Harmeyer is a principal with New York strategic marketing firm He's also worked for C2 Creative Services.

He attended Loyola University and Tulane University, both in New Orleans.

Mrs. Harmeyer is a reading specialist at the NYC Department of Education

According to, there have been 7,604 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $430,000.
