Dr. Aaron Milchman bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 86-88 Pinto St. in Queens from Martin Gomes and Robert Gomes for $618,000 on Nov. 24.

The 2,322-square-foot house was built in 1930 in Jamaica Estates/Holliswood.

Dr. Milchman is an orthodontist with his own private practice in Flushing and in Kew Gardens Hills. He also serves as attending orthodontist at St. Barnabas Hospital and at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.

He earned his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and also holds an M.S. in dentistry. He completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center and Temple University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,014 home sales in Queens during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
