The 1,094-square-foot house was built in 1940 in the Glen Oaks/Floral Park/New Hyde Park.

Raju is project manager at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America and a pastor at Calvary Faith Tabernacle, Inc. Previously, he was IT project manager at AT&T. Prior to that, he was IT project manager at Merrill Lynch.

He received his M.B.A. in computer information systems from Nyack College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,014 sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
