Ceming Chao has been a senior manager at Yahoo!, an American public corporation, that provides services via the internet worldwide. He is a former HR project manager at VeriSign, HR business operations programs manager at Ariba, HRIS manager at Webvan and senior business system analyst at Excite@Home.

He attended New York University and University of Vermont.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,014 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
