Kadri Niider bought a condo at 20 71 Ave. in Queens from Jonathan Halpern for $275,600 on Oct. 22.

The condo is part of the six-story condo development at 110-20 71st Ave., which was built in 1932. It is located in the Forest Hills subdivision.

Niider is an assistant librarian SUNY State College of Optometry. She is responsible for collection development, cataloging of new materials, and technical assistance for computer users in the library.

She received her M.L.S. in library science from Pratt Institute, M.B.A. in marketing & international business from New York University and B.A. in modern languages from Sweet Briar College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 609 condo sales in Queen during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $295,000.
