Ms. Bowman is president and founder of Bowman Engineering & Consulting, which has locations in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. She currently serves as project principal for the Denton County Transportation Authority.

He earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering and an M.S. in construction project management from University of Texas. He also obtained an M.B.A. from Saint Edwards University-Austin.
