Raymond E. Shaver and Leicha Shaver sold their five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1241 Primrose Lane in DeSoto to Ricky Grace on Nov. 23.

The Shavers acquired the property in June 2004. The 5,276-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Windmill Hill subdivision. It is valued at $322,960.

Ms. Shaver is the principal at Franklin D. Roosevelt High School. Previously, she served as a school principal at Middle College High School-Dallas.
