The 4,315-square-foot house in the Westlake Central neighborhood was built in 1995. Michael Konopka of The Russell Realty Company is the listing agent for the house.

Dedic is the owner of Carpet Stock Market Partnership Inc., a carpet and rug dealer.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 380 sales in Westlake in 2008, with a median sales price of $200,000.
