Late homebuilder's estate lists Westlake 5BD

She started in the homebuilding industry when she worked for her father in his home building company. She was elected the first female president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland and received numerous awards, including the Presidential Hammer Award, Homebuilder of the Year and the Home Builders Association's 2001 Lifetime Achievement Award.

She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in Florida.

She passed away in Nov. 2008.
