Law firm associate acquires Rocky River 4BD

Medium e5e981c04bddfc63ea2ed4df6ca8e266 Matthew D. Golish and Elizabeth Z. Golish bought a four-bedroom, one-bath home at 2045 Lake Road in Rocky River from Amy C. Regal for $535,000 on Oct. 15.

Regal paid $665,000 for the property in July 2004. The 3,308-square-foot house was built in 1939 in the Rocky River Central neighborhood.

Mr. Golish is an associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. His practice focuses on medical and pharmaceutical liability.

He previously was an assistant prosecuting attorney for Cuyahoga County before joining Tucker Ellis and West.

Ms. Golishi is a lawyer with the law firm Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP.

She practices on the areas of health care, life sciences and real estate.

She completed a bachelor's degree at Ohio State University and received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Regal is a senior vice president at Resource Title Agency Inc.

She previously was vice president at Chicago Title Insurance Co.

She attended Roanoke College.
