The estate of John Lusardo and Karen Lusardo have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 3396 Balsam Dr. in Westlake for $395,000.

The 3,910-square-foot house in the Westlake South neighborhood was built in 1979. Dennis Bohrer of Howard Hanna is the listing agent for the house.

Mr. Lusardo has been a member of the Westlake Town Criers, an organization of men dedicated to aid and assist worthy causes within the city of Westlake.

He passed away on Sept. 22.
