Vishal D. Khapre bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 20373 Scott Drive in Strongsville from William M. and Leah M. Briggs for $315,000 on Oct. 15.

The Briggses paid $415,000 for the property in August 2005. The 3,216-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Strongsville Southwest neighborhood.

Khapre is a platform architect at PNC Financial Services Group.

He previously worked at National City Bank as platform architect.

He attended the University of Pune's Fergusson College and College of Engineering.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 561 home sales in Strongsville during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,500.
