Hanna and Andrews paid $357,500 for the property in Feb. 2006. The 3,086-square-foot house in Westlake South neighborhood was built in 2001.

Dr. Hanna is an anesthesiologist in Cleveland and is affiliated with Marymount Hospital.

She received her M.D. from the University of Cairo, completed her internship in internal medicine and her residency in anesthesiology and critical care at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She completed her fellowship at New York University Medical Center.

Dr. Andrews also is an anesthesiologist in Youngstown and is affiliated with Kindred Hospital Cleveland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 384 sales in Westlake in 2008, with a median sales price of $200,000.
