The Boukaliks paid $350,000 for the property in Dec. 2006. The 2,620-square-foot house was built in 1965 in the Pepper Pike South neighborhood.

Mr. Boukalik is the chief executive officer and co-founder of U.S. Title Agency Inc., a real estate title insurance agency.

He received his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 140 home sales in Pepper Pike in 2008, with a median sales price of $465,000.
