The 1,504-square-foot Unit #1 was built in 1967 in the neighborhood of North of Lake Shore Boulevard neighborhood. It is part of the 2 Bratenahl Place condominium development.

Mr. Iannone is the president and chief executive officer of WisdomWorkers.Net LLC, a company that specializes in leadership and organization development. He also owns a Cleveland-based economic development advisory services firm.

He previously was director of economic development center at Cleveland State University/Urban Affairs College and the executive director of the Lake County Economic Development Center.

He received a B.A. in anthropology from Cleveland State University, an M.A. in transformational psychology from the University of Philosophical Research and a Ph.D. in economic development from the University of Oklahoma.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 16 condo sales in Bratenahl during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $142,500.
