Care facility association administrator gets 4BD in Solon

Medium a869c15861b64b30f293caf55e9c192e Prentice O. Lipsey and Shenae D. Russell Lipsey bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 32825 Shadowbrook Drive in Solon from Adam and Lorna Siegal for $439,000 on Oct. 29.

The 3,731-square-foot home was built in 1987 in Solon North.

Mr. Lipsey is an associate administrator at the Menorah Park Center for Senior Living in Beachwood.

He previously was vice president of operations at St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Prior to that, he was vice president of health services at Wexner Heritage Village.

He received a B.S. from the Ohio State University and a master's degree in health services administration from Xavier University.

Mr. Siegal is vice president of marketing and business development at Affordable Care Inc., a dental services organization providing dental implants and dentures.

He most recently was vice president of strategic marketing at Forest City Enterprises. Prior to that, he was VP of marketing at Pearle Vision Eyewear. Earlier, he founded HumanConnect Corp., where he was president. He also held a variety of roles in operations, sales, marketing and management at Progressive Insurance, Pepsi Bottling Group and PepsiCo.

He received his B.A. in economics from Northwestern University and a master's degree in management in marketing and finance from the Kellogg School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 199 home sales in Solon during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $218,500.
