There were 20 sales in Garfield Heights for the week ending Nov. 10, according to BlockShopper.

One notable sale in the area was the $69,900 sale of 13804 North Drive. Bobeck Funding LLC sold the home to Qatea Moore on Nov. 6. The 1,248-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1922 and is located in the Garfield Park Northeast neighborhood in the Cranwood Land subdivision.

Other transactions include the $46,000 sale of 9707 McCracken Blvd. to Adamroth LLC and the $44,000 sale of 12422 Crest Road to Rodney T. Stephens.

The Garfield Heights South neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by Garfield Park Northwest with six and Garfield Park with four.

Sales volume was 35.4 percent lower than the previous week and 20 percent lower than the same week in 2012. Garfield Heights has averaged 19 sales per week during the last 12 months.
