One notable sale in the area was the $188,000 sale of 8930 Albion Road. Warren J. Kerrigan and William H. Milau sold the home to Kurt W. Schreiber on Nov. 18. The 1,448-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1954 and is located in the North North Royalton neighborhood in the Meadow Lane subdivision.

Other transactions include the $170,000 sale of 9369 State Road to Jon M. Gaiser and Melanie L. Gaiser and the $136,000 sale of 9521 Tilby Road to Kristie L. Meekins and William J. Meekins.

The North North Royalton neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by South North Royalton with two.

Sales volume was 16.6 percent lower than the previous week and 100 percent higher than the same week in 2012. North Royalton has averaged 12 sales per week during the last 12 months.
