There were 19 sales in Euclid for the week ending Dec. 1, according to BlockShopper.

One notable sale in the area was the $117,000 sale of 927 214th St. Community Reinvestment LLC sold the home to John F. Davis and Tomasita Davis on Nov. 26. The 1,936-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1965 and is located in the Euclid West neighborhood in the John Kracker subdivision.

Other transactions include the $89,900 sale of 241 272nd St. to Keith T. Jones and the $69,000 sale of 1744 Pontiac Drive to Rajeev Minocha.

The Euclid West neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by Euclid East with seven and Euclid South with three.

Sales volume was 54.7 percent lower than the previous week and 44.1 percent lower than the same week in 2012. Euclid has averaged 26 sales per week during the last 12 months.
