Economic analysis company exec sells Scottsdale 2BD

Medium ea9de83a6f191bf6ea1a9efd8834d4de Christopher and Danina Howard sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 7705 N. Pinesview Dr. in Scottsdale to Laura K. Coulter for $379,000 on Aug. 6.

The 1,490-square-foot house in the Shea Corridor neighborhood was built in 1980.

Mr. Howard is the president of Azimuth Strategies, a Scottsdale-based provider of economic analysis, corporate finance, forensic accounting, and litigation support and witness services. He was the chief financial officera of two publicly traded companies and consultant with two national CPA firms. He was also a faculty member at the University of Nevada-Reno's Graduate Business School.

He holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Mrs. Howard works for DPR Realty in Scottsdale as a broker.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,592 home sales in Scottsdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
