Hospital administrator sells North Scottsdale 4BD

Medium 21af822c01d99e08e14f8701a6e312ce Steven S. Schnall sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 10876 E. Volterra Court in Scottsdale to Mary and Scott Swinford for $575,000 on Aug. 7.

The 4,336-square-foot house in the North Scottsdale neighborhood was built in 2006.

Mr. Schnall is a senior vice president and chief development officer at Phoenix Children's Hospital. He has been with Phoenix Children's since 1983, previously serving as vice president for business development and outreach and vice president for ambulatory services.

He received his B.A. in psychology from Arizona State University and a master's degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,592 home sales in Scottsdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
