Mr. Panning has served as a regional vice president at Highland Express, a transportation company in Phoenix.

He graduated from Ohio State University in 1992.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,065 home sales in Ahwatukee Foothills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $249,500.
