Tim and Michele Sadow bought a six-bath home at 24414 S. 120th Way in Unincorporated Chandler from Phoenix Deed Partners VII LLP for $413,000 on Oct. 9.

The 4,209-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Southeast Chandler neighborhood.

Mr. Sadow is a classically trained violinist. He also plays the fiddle for the Irish rock band, The Brazen Heads, and was for many years a reggae musician with Walt Richardson & The Peaceful Warriors. He was also a part of the first violin section of the Tempe Symphony.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 330 home sales in Unincorporated Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $226,500.
