The 3,537-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Southwest Chandler/Ocotillo neighborhood.

Mr. Cogan has been the regional vice president of Southwest region at Summit Electric Supply. He oversees sales and business growth of the company's locations across the Southwest region.

He is a graduate of the National Association of Electrical Distributors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,637 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
