Stephen and Georganna Fluckiger bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2524 S. Four Peaks Way in Chandler from Duane and Emily Mortenson for $400,000 on Oct. 5.

The Mortensons paid $498,000 for the property in May 2007. The 2,874-square-foot home was built in 2004 in the Southeast Chandler neighborhood.

Mr. Fluckiger is an analog computer-aided design engineer at the Phoenix office of the Intel Corp.

He attended the University of Wyoming.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,770 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $199,950.
