Farm bureau director buys 4BD in Mesa

Medium 2233d6635e5bfeaa354a5b36c2b04fe2 Adam and Michelle Hatley bought a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 3436 N. Ashbrook in Mesa from James Brundage for $375,000 on Oct. 5.

The 2,921-square-foot home was built in 1994 in the North Mesa neighborhood.

Mr. Hatley is president of the board of directors at the Arizona Farm Bureau, a grassroots organization based in Gilbert.

He attended Scottsdale Community College.

According to, there have been 6,670 home sales in Mesa during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $132,000.
