Fire investigator settles in Tempe 4BD

Medium db9a4a355cfaf84520eced4aae50522e Joseph and Cathryn Sesniak bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 244 E. Courtney Lane in Tempe from David and Paula Brandt for $450,000 on Oct. 8.

The 2,681-square-foot home was built in 1988 in the Warner Ranch Estates subdivision.

Mr. Sesniak is the president and a principal investigator at Forensic Fire Consultants, a Chandler-based provider of specialized services relating to the origin, cause and spread of fires. Prior to his career as a fire investigator, he worked as a police officer in the Midwest.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,317 home sales in Tempe during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $188,500.
