Richard and Patricia Schacht sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 412 E. Silverwood Dr. in the Ahwatukee Foothills to Charles and Maryna Caponigro for $385,000 on Oct. 20.

The Schachts paid $572,000 for the property in June 2007. The 2,542-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Mr. Schacht has been the director of financial analysis at Dish Network. In the past, he was the director of customer service finance at U.S. Airways and as a director and manager of operations planning and analysis at America West Airlines.

He attended the University of North Texas and Purdue University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,081 home sales in the Ahwatukee Foothills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
