Christian bookstore CEO sells Mesa 6BD

Medium 24d26f03574602262ccb057d1b753a57 John Godzich sold a six-bedroom, three-bath home at 2439 S. Forest Ave. in Mesa to Lynette and Sean Murphy for $392,000 on Oct. 9.

The 3,524-square-foot house was built in 1986 in the North Mesa neighborhood.

Godzich is the chief executive officer of 30Fold, an Internet-based Christian bookstore. He is also the president and chief executive officer of Value Setters, a company that provides merchants and small business owners with a variety of brand name merchandise at wholesale cost.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,670 home sales in Mesa during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $132,000.
