OB/GYN spends $1.94M on Scottsdale 5BD

Medium 8b5badb8da5ceac36332ce756eb135b7 Dr. John W. DeSalvo and his wife, Beth, bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 7378 Lower Wash Pass in Scottsdale from First State Bank for $1.94 million on Oct. 15.

The 5,992-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Dr. DeSalvo is an obstetrician and gynecologist at Desert West Obstetrics and Gynecology Ltd. in Glendale.

He earned his M.D. in 1989 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology in 1993 from the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,720 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
