Network solutions company GM sells 4BD in Scottsdale

Medium 79f592ebe2d3bdcf940a05298b0526ed Ronald C. Stenzel and Jill St. Croix sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 10725 N. 121st Place in Scottsdale to Mark Stange for $430,000 on Oct. 30.

The 3,050-square-foot house was built in 1994 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Stenzel has served as a senior vice president and general manager at Darcomm Network Solutions in Phoenix. Before he joined Darcomm in 1994, he worked in operations management at Shamrock Foods Co. he was the founder of the New York-based Microline Software Inc. and he was a data center mainframe operator for the Olsten Corp.

St. Croix has worked for the American Title Service Agency as a marketing representative.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,922 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,500.
