Athletic trainer scores 4BD in Goodyear

Medium bbffdf8fffac0d235959402414575471 Connie Rauser and her husband, Lance, bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 12867 S. 177th Lane in Goodyear from Robert Clark and his wife, Jennifer, for $380,000 on Oct. 30.

The 3,226-square-foot house in the Estrella Mountain Ranch subdivision was built in 2004.

Mrs. Rauser is an athletic trainer at the Sabino High School girls basketball team in Tucson. Prior to this, she had worked at Pueblo High School in Tucson, Montana Tech, the University of Idaho and Oregon State University.

She graduated from Montana State University with a degree in physical education and sports medicine. She received a master's degree in athletic training from the University of Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,950 home sales in Goodyear during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $142,000.
