John Carcasole bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6609 E. Oberlin Way in Scottsdale from John Y. Kim for $710,000 on Oct. 23.

The 3,730-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Carcasole has been the president of the White Chocolate Grill, a American restaurant that has branches in Phoenix and Naperville, Ill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,902 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median price of $307,500.
