Electronics organization exec buys Ahwatukee Foothills home

Medium 7a412775ea27b0bf41be3d2bbb492030 Victor A. Chiriac bought a four-bath home at 14009 S. 36th Place in the Ahwatukee Foothills from Carolyn and Gordon Steere for $451,000 on Oct. 23.

The 2,896-square-foot house was built in 1988.

Chiriac has been the president of the Arizona chapter at the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society, an organization that develops microelectronics and electronics packaging technologies. He previously served as the principal staff member at Freescale Semiconductor Inc..

He attended the University of Arizona and the Universitatea 'Politehnica' din Bucuresti.
