Immunologist buys 4BD in Scottsdale

Medium 8fbe3a1ea25eeb9a7ac634757d1769a0 Dr. Todd Hrabak and Sabrina Hrabak bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 10873 E. Rosemary Lane in Scottsdale from Danny Errico for $690,000 on Oct. 27.

Errico acquired the property in Aug. 2009. The 3,248-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the North Scottsdale neighborhood.

Dr. Hrabak is an allergist and immunologist at the Desert Center for Allergy and Chest Diseases. He also serves as an associate editor of Annuals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and as an assistant professor at Midwestern University. Prior to that, he was the chief of allergy and immunology at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.

He attended Duquesne University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,902 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $307,500.
