Probate attorney sells in South Mountain

Michael A. Bosco, Jr., Heidi D. Walsh and Jeffrey N. Walsh sold a four bath, 3,284-square-foot home at 1819 W. Desert View Drive in Phoenix's South Mountain to Aurora Loan Services LLC for $512,600 on Oct. 15.

The Walshes paid $1.28 million for the property in Dec. 2006, the same year it was built.

Bosco is a shareholder at the Phoenix-based law firm Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., where he is currently head of the probate department. He on foreclosures, trustee sales, probate administration and litigation, and real estate law. In addition to his work at the firm, he is an associate member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is also director of the USFN Residential and founding member of the USFN Commercial/Multi-Family.

He has previously served as an assistant U.S. attorney, as an assistant city attorney and as a magistrate in Phoenix.

He received his B.A. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from University of Notre Dame. He is a certified private fiduciary according to the Arizona Supreme Court.

There have been 22,141 home sales in Phoenix in 2008, with a median sales price of $176,497.
