System developer buys Paradise Valley 5BD

Medium f2e2bc638b0b899bad2135ff552e999c Eric S. Redleaf bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 5421 E. Danbury Road in Paradise Valley from Fannie Mae for $360,000 on Sept. 15.

The 3,302-square-foot home in Arabian Views was built in 1994.

Redleaf is a system developer at Joshua Tree Asset Management, a Scottsdale-based firm that specializes in derivative products. He previously was a founding partner of Commander Services Group, a client service spin-off from Whitebox Advisors, where he developed custom software applications. He has also developed embedded software for Xerox.

He earned B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Washington University and a M.B.A from University of Rochester.

Redleaf also owns a home at 8603 E. Corrine Drive in Scottsdale. He paid $885,000 for the property in Oct. 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 149 home sales in Paradise Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.192 million.
