Seth Darst and Nichole Darst bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 830 E. Lynx Way in Chandler from Federal National Mortgage Association for $324,900 on Nov. 5.

The 3,087-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Southeast Chandler. It is located in Symphony II subdivision.

Mr. Darst has been the director of supplier management at Orbital Sciences Corporation, which has been manufacturing rockets and space systems since 1982. Prior to joining Orbital Sciences Corporation, he was a mechanical engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems, which is in the defense and space industry.

He attended Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business and Northern Arizona University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,444 home sales in Chandler during the past 12 months, with a median price of $188,000.
