Medical professor scores Scottsdale 3BD for $1.16M

Medium c5a4be1b689d895a950cfd13d5a6a33c Lucinda A. Harris bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 8267 E. Tailfeather Drive in Scottsdale from Maureen Canning and Robert Fulton for $1.16 million on Dec. 7.

The 3,396-square-foot house in North Scottsdale is located in the Grayhawk subdivision.

Dr. Harris serves as an assistant professor of medicine and consultant at the Mayo Clinic. Prior to this, she was an associate professor of clinical medicine at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York.

She completed her M.D. at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and her residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center.

Ms. Canning is a clinical consultant for The Meadows and Dakota and has extensive experience working with sexual disorders.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,720 home sales in Scottsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $273,500.
