Thomas C. Posillico and Paul F. Posillico sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 240 E. 47th St. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay to Endinvale Corporate Limited for $2.25 million on Aug. 10.

The Posillicos paid $635,000 for the property in Nov. 2004. Unit #41A is in the Dag Hammarskjold Tower, which has 250 units on 45 floors. It was built in 1982.

Paul Posillico serves as senior vice president of finance and administration and secretary and treasurer at Posillico Brothers, an engineering contracting firm in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 244 condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with a median sales price of $765,000.
