The Baers paid $1.78871 million for the condo in Dec. 2004. The development at 272 W. 107th St. has 64 units on 22 floors. It was built in 1904.

Ms. Oberstein is the founder and owner of Full Experience Coaching, a leadership and personal coaching practice in New York City.

She's also served as the employee development manager for the City of Redwood City, Calif. She's also worked for AT&T, Colgate-Palmolive, Dow Jones, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG Peat Marwick, Merck Pharmaceuticals, The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and SunGard Recovery Services.

Her certification as a professional co-active coach (C.P.C.C) is from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, Calif.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 41 condo sales in Manhattan Valley in 2008, with a median sales price of $587,000.
