Jill Meilus sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 505 Greenwich St. in SoHo to Maria Hariklea Ladas Nikas and Dimitris John Nikas for $1.45 million on Aug. 25.

Meilus paid $1.45 million for Unit #2B in Jan. 2005. The 14-story condo development at 505 Greenwich St. houses 104 units.

Meilus in senior VP and associate broker at the New York office of real estate firm The Corcoran Group. She joined the firm in June 1991.

Prior to her career in real estate, she worked as a chef with the restaurants The Quilted Giraffe and Good Enough To Eat. She attended New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 220 sales in SoHo in 2008, with a median price of $2.35 million.
