Meredith Megaw and her husband, John Megaw, sold the two-bedroom, one-bath condo Unit #11G at 871 W. End Avenue on the Upper West Side to Mark Seaman for $849,000 on Aug. 26.

Ms. Megaw, is an Emmy-winning television producer who works as a communications director at the Committee to Protect Journalists. She's also worked in network news with both ABC News Productions and NBC. She graduated from Smith College.

Mr. Megaw has served as the coordinator for the Harlem Parole Re-entry Program at the Harlem Community Justice Center. He graduated from Fairfield University and also has a master's degree in social work from Fordham.

The couple married in 2002.

There are 75 units in the 15-story Italian Renaissance-palazzo-style building at 871 W. End Ave. It was constructed in 1924 and converted to a cooperative in 1979.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 161 condo sales on the Upper West Side in 2008, with a median sales price of $850,000.
