Fleet company exec dishes Turtle Bay condo

Medium 3f3cb365dbeee60aef0b80564382c4f5 Thomas G. Hudson sold the two-bedroom, two-bath Unit #12C at 232 E. 47th Street in Turtle Bay to Hyunmi Lee and Jeffrey Sorensen for $805,000 on Aug. 26.

Mr. Hudson serves as a member of the board of directors at Xata, a truck fleet operations company based in Eden Prairie, Minn. He's also served as an executive with McGraw Hill Companies and IBM.

He earned his bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA in finance from New York University.

There are 173 units in the 40-story building at 232 E. 47th St., which is also known as The Club at Turtle Bay. It was built in 1988.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were two condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with a median sales price of $372,500.
