Valerie Gutman, Robert Gutman and Edward Gutman sold the three-bedroom, three-bath condo Unit #17E at 1438 Third Ave. on the Upper East Side to Tracy Fleischman for $2 million on Sept. 3.

The Gutmans paid $2.015 million for the property in June 2007.

Ms. Gutman is the owner of Summit Meetings & Events, a New York event planning firm. She attended George Washington University.

There are 147 units in the 31-story building at 1438 3rd Ave. It was constructed in 1985.

According to BlockShopper.com,, there were 174 condo sales on the Upper East Side in 2008, with a median sales price of $959,500.
