Ad exec, business analyst pocket $1.65M in West Village

Medium 502fb2fe377762b8e4d3eb53e5a906d9 Eleanor D. Flatow and her husband, Brian W. Flatow sold the condo Unit #101 at 69 Bank St. in West Village to Sean Cunningham and Elaine Cunningham for $1.65 million on Aug. 24.

Mr. Flatow is the president of the Ad Store, a New York City advertising firm. He graduated from Northwestern University.

Mrs. Flatow has served as a business analyst in management services at the Pershing division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, an investment bank.

She graduated cum from Boston College and received her M.B.A. from Babson College.

There are six units in the six-story building at 69 Bank St. It was constructed in 1983.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 128 condo sales in West Village in 2008, with a median sales price of $775,000.
