Dr. William J. Holubek bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 270 W. 17th St. in Chelsea from Daniel K. Redman for $760,000 on Sept. 9.

Redman paid $535,000 for the property in Nov. 2002. Unit #9H is 600-square-foot in size. It is part of the 21-story, 157-unit Grand Chelsea condominium, which was built in 1988.

Dr. Holubek is an emergency physician. He has been affiliated with Maimonides Medical Center and New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 128 condo sales in Chelsea in 2008, with median sales price of $775,000.
