Eric B. Topel and Alexandra Martins bought a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 123 W. 93rd St. on the Upper West Side from Ernest Sander and Leslie Day for $811,000 on Sept. 14.

Sander and Day paid $811,101 for Unit #7I in June 2005. It is one of the 89 units the 10-story condo development at 123 W. 93rd St., which was built in 1925 and converted to co-ops in 1985.

Topel is an associate at the New York office of the law firm Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. He is a member of the firm's labor and employment practice. He most recently served as an associate in the labor and employment law practice of Proskauer Rose LLP.

He has a B.A. and a J.D. from University of Michigan and from Georgetown University Law Center, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 369 sales on the Upper West Side in 2008, with median sales price of $736,250.
